What I shipped this week — SnapSello v2 + RenderBeam launch
Two real ships, one missed deadline, one bug that ate a Saturday. Here's the working log.
Quick log of what actually shipped this week. No fluff.
SnapSello v2
The "tell me how to grow" panel is live. Instead of just showing you analytics, it now writes a one-paragraph plain-English recommendation every Monday. Pulls from the last 7 days of behavior.
Took 3 evenings. Mostly prompt engineering. The hard part wasn't the AI — it was getting the data shape clean enough to feed it.
RenderBeam launched
The pre-render service for JS sites is in production. If your React/Vue site is invisible to Google or AI crawlers, point your CDN at RenderBeam and it serves a snapshot.
First 12 customers in 4 days. Mostly word of mouth.
The bug that ate Saturday
PingKeep was sending duplicate alerts to one customer. Took me 6 hours to figure out a Postgres index was missing on the dedup table. Embarrassing. Fixed.
Next week
- Approvero billing cleanup
- Two new field notes (this one is one of them)
- Maybe a small CRM scoring tool — not sure yet
That's it. See you Monday.
