Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, product, or service operated by Shape Your Brand LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Shape Your Brand LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, owned by Bruno Langholm.

2. Our Services

We offer a range of AI-focused products and services for B2B companies, including but not limited to:

  • The AI Revenue Score — a free diagnostic tool
  • AI-focused tools, templates, and educational content
  • SaaS products operated under our venture brands (e.g., SnapSello, RenderBeam, PingKeep, Approvero, WebsiteAccessibility.io)
  • The ShapeYourBrand CRM and internal platform

Each venture product may have additional terms specific to that service. Where there's a conflict, the product-specific terms take priority.

3. User Accounts

Some of our services require you to create an account. When you do:

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • You must provide accurate, current information
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites and products — including text, designs, code, logos, and course materials — is owned by Shape Your Brand LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

When you purchase a playbook, template, or course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not resell or redistribute the materials.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card number — only a token and the last four digits for receipts.

Pricing & currency. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Applicable sales tax or VAT will be added at checkout where required.

Subscriptions. Subscription products are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected) until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

Free trials. If a product offers a free trial, your card may be authorized at sign-up and will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We'll send a reminder email before the first charge where possible.

Refund policy.

  • Digital products (playbooks, templates, courses): 14-day money-back guarantee from purchase, provided the product has not been substantially consumed or downloaded in full.
  • SaaS subscriptions: Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.
  • One-time services: Refunds are at our discretion and only available before work has begun.
  • Free products and the AI Revenue Score: Not applicable.

Refund requests should be sent to hello@shapeyourbrand.com. We respond within 5 business days.

Cancellation. You can cancel any subscription from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund prior charges.

Disputes & chargebacks. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at hello@shapeyourbrand.com or call (305) 570-1322. We'll work to resolve it within 5 business days. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account termination.

6. Prohibited Products & Acceptable Use

What we sell. We sell digital information products, software-as-a-service subscriptions, and educational materials related to B2B operations and AI. We do not sell or offer:

  • Adult content or services
  • Gambling, lotteries, or sweepstakes
  • Regulated goods (firearms, tobacco, cannabis, prescription drugs, alcohol)
  • Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
  • Cryptocurrency trading, ICOs, or financial advice
  • Anything else on Stripe's restricted businesses list

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for anything illegal or harmful
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our software
  • Send spam or abuse our communication tools
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Electronic Communications & SMS Consent

By creating an account or providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional emails (receipts, password resets, service notices). These are required to operate the service and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any marketing email, or by emailing hello@shapeyourbrand.com.

If you provide a phone number and explicitly opt in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not make unsolicited marketing calls.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Shape Your Brand LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shape Your Brand LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. You may also stop using our services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections related to intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.

For significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., email or a banner on the site).
